DAY 01: TANGIER - CHEFCHAOUEN
Your driver/ guide will pick you up depending on where you are: Hotel / Airport / Port to start our best 8 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech, then drive through the stunning Rif Mountains passing by Tetouan city, and continue to Chefchaouen one of the stunning villages at the feet of the Rif mountains.
You will have free time to discover this charming town, walk through its narrow streets painted with blue color, and take some beautiful pictures. Free time for lunch.
In the afternoon, you can walk to the Spanish mosque, where you can see the spectacular view of the whole blue town. Overnight stay in a Riad/Hotel.
DAY 02: CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FES
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your Riad, then head towards Volubilis crossing via Ouazan and other Rif villages.
In Volubilis, we will discover the Roman ruins of the well-preserved Roman Empire dating to 225 BC, where you will see the most important archaeological site and attractive mosaic in Morocco dating back to the 3rd century.
After that, we will drive to explore Meknes Medina, the famous Bab El Mansour. We will also visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail.
Later in the afternoon, we continue our trip to Fes, overnight in a hotel/riad.
DAY 03: GUIDED EXPLORATION OF FES
After breakfast in your riad, the local guide will start the tour of Fes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities.
You will start with a visit to the Royal Palace gate yard, then the old Jewish quarter called Mellah, and learn about the Jewish history in Morocco. The visit includes the tile art factory and an ancient fortress to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Medina and Fes’ skyline.
After that, you will start with a walking tour within the narrow streets, visiting landmarks such as Al Qarawiyyin University which is the oldest university in the world, the Najjarine Fountain, the Attarine Madrasa, and the Chouara Tanneries.
In the afternoon, we will drive you back to the Riad.
DAY 04: FES – IFRANE – MIDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – MEZOUGA ERG CHEBBI
Today, we start our 8-day tour from Tangier to Marrakech driving through the Middle Atlas and the cedar woods of Azrou, passing by Moroccan Switzerland ‘Ifrane’.
We continue to the cedar forest of Azrou, where we can see the monkeys, take pictures, and continue to Midelt for lunch break. Once we finish lunch in Midelt, we will drive along the spectacular Ziz Valley, we will stop to admire a nice panoramic view of the scenery of the oasis.
We arrive in Merzouga in the afternoon, you will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before you start your camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes, stopping to watch the Sunset from a high dune, and do Sandboarding. Then continue to your luxury desert camp.
After a delicious dinner, you will experience the traditional rhythms of Berber music (drums), enjoy the starry sky, and then sleep under a nomadic tent.
DAY 05: DESERT DISCOVERY
Today, rise early to watch a breathtaking Sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes. After breakfast in your camp, choose between a camel ride or an exhilarating 4WD back to the village (Merzouga).
Our desert adventure begins with a visit to Hassi Labied oasis to see its irrigation canal and land agriculture, then we will head to explore M’Fis, an abandoned village once thriving with Galena mines.
After that, we will continue to visit a nomadic family living in the middle of the Sahara. Join them in their simple & traditional Berber tents, enjoy a warm cup of tea, and learn about their unique way of life.
Our journey continues with a visit to Khamlia village to enjoy the Gnawa music and dancing performances. Its inhabitants are originating from Mali, Sudan, and Niger…
After lunch at a local restaurant, we will come back to the Merzouga village and head to a beautiful Riad where you can relax and swim in the refreshing pool. In the late afternoon choose between taking a peaceful stroll to the dunes to enjoy the Sunset, or an exciting Quad Biking adventure if you are interested in it.
End the day with a delicious dinner and a restful night in your Riad.
DAY 06: MERZOUGA - RISSANI - TODRA GORGE - DADES VALLEY
After a delightful breakfast at your Riad, we will continue our 8 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech, our first stop is a traditional market in Rissani, which comes alive on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Soaking in the colorful sights, aromatic herbs, and lively sounds.
Next, we will drive towards Todra Gorge through small Berber villages such as Touroug, Tinejdad, and Tinghir. Here we will stop to admire its stunning Todra Valley full of palm trees and vegetation.
Our journey continues to Todra Gorge, located at the feet of the High Atlas Mountains, take your time to explore this natural wonder, and walk through its high canyons…
After lunch in a local restaurant, we will travel to Boumalne Dades, and in the afternoon we will arrive in Dades Valley, where we will stop to see fascinating rock formations known as ‘Monkey Fingers’. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel/riad.
DAY 07: DADES VALLEY - OUARZAZATE - AIT BENHADDOU - HIGH ATLAS - MARRAKECH
Today, our journey continues direction of Ouarzazate via Kalaat M’gouna, Rose Valley, and Skoura palm grove.
Our first stop is Kasbah Taourirt in Ouarzazate and Atlas Studios, Morocco’s largest film studio. After that, we head to the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Famous films and TV series have been shot in this spectacular place including Gladiator, The Mummy, Alexander, Game of Thrones…
Free time to have lunch, then continue towards Marrakech crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the highest road pass in Morocco ‘Tizi N’Tichka’ at 2260 meters. As we drive, enjoy the impressive views of Valleys, and many Berber villages nearby.

DAY 08: GUIDED EXPLORATION OF MARRAKECH
